I provide outpatient, non-directive psychotherapy to adults in a discreet, private practice setting where confidentiality is prioritized. Psychotherapy is a complex experience where we will come to understand you as a whole person, bringing to your awareness the experiences of your past in a way that helps you identify what is personally important and how you may want to move forward.
Together we will explore what it means to be you; past, present, and future. Through this exploration of your life’s experiences we can start to piece together what it has meant for you to be you and how you may want to more forward.
Sometimes we are not aware of all that we carry or, conversely, what we have missed out on in life. Together we can work to unpack and understand these pieces better, whether the pieces are present or absent.
There are many ways to construct a life and different paths towards a meaningful existence. How to move forward is deeply personal and can be elusive. Working together we can help to organize yourself around what you discover is personally important.
